North 19 Marketing (“North 19 Marketing,” “we,” “us”) is a small marketing business based in Gallatin, Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect through north19.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to reply to you and to understand how the site is used, and we never sell your information.
Information you give us
- “Start here” check-in (homepage): your name, email address, and your answers to the short questions (your main goal, how your marketing is handled today, and your timeline).
- Inquiry form (“Let’s Talk About Your Business” and the Work With Us page): your name, email, business name, and anything else you choose to share, such as your website, phone number, goals, and what you would like help with.
- Scheduling a call: the name, email, and any notes you enter when booking a time. Scheduling is provided by Cal.com.

Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, and what device or browser they use. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you personally.
Like most websites, our hosting provider (SiteGround) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and performance. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts.
How we use your information

The site uses HTTPS encryption, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Children
This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
